Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 10, 2026

Impression Consulting, LLC (“Impression Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through impressionconnects.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices and rights available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit our contact or inquiry form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, the challenge or engagement you describe, and how you heard about us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the Site. This is typically collected through server logs and, if enabled, tools such as Google Analytics.

Cookies

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and how you can control it through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services
  • To provide, evaluate, and improve the strategic communications, reputation, and crisis-management services we offer
  • To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the information you submit for purposes unrelated to those described above without your consent.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries, including our website hosting provider and FormSubmit, the third-party service that processes and delivers contact-form submissions to us by email. These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transition such as a merger or sale of assets.

4. Data Retention

We retain the information collected through the contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

5. International Visitors and Data Transfers

Impression Consulting is based in the United States, and information you submit is processed and stored in the United States. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Latin America, or elsewhere outside the U.S., please be aware that your information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

6. Your Privacy Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom (GDPR)

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; to restrict or object to our processing of it; to receive a copy of it in a portable format; and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal basis for processing your information is generally your consent (when you submit the form) or our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

If you are located in California (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under California law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

If you are located elsewhere in Latin America or another jurisdiction

Depending on your country’s data protection laws — such as Brazil’s LGPD or Mexico’s Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales — you may have similar rights to access, correct, or delete your information. We honor reasonable requests from all visitors regardless of location.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
